Back in 2018, whilst sitting in an airport lounge, I knew my life would never be the same again.

Up until that point I’d been told it was ‘nothing to worry about’, so I didn’t, and I continued with my skiing trip to Austria.

Devastatingly, the day before I’d received the words we all dread, ‘You have cancer’.

It felt like this was my last chance at freedom. My last chance to breathe in the crisp mountain air, fly down the slopes, dance in ski boots. It was my opportunity to escape reality.

That trip changed everything for me.

After that, I stopped playing it safe and started taking risks. Life became about embracing the messy, the unpredictable, and the things that truly matter.

Suddenly worrying about how I show up took a back seat. 

Life is too precious to shy away from the world. I wanted to step into my power and show the world who I am - which has ultimately led to a thriving business doing what I love.

And that’s exactly why I do what I do now— supporting women in business to step into the spotlight with confidence, so they too can showcase their greatness and have successful businesses.

Life is too short to stay hidden or have regrets.
